Does Not Sell on Credit

Businesses that do not have accounts receivable do not qualify because there will be no invoices for us to purchase.

Unverifiable Invoices

All invoices require supporting documentation and/or an email confirmation from their customer.

No/Poor Payment History

Customers with no or poor payment history will not have invoices that are eligible to be purchased.

Industry in Turmoil

If the customer is in an industry that is experiencing a lot of bankruptcies, their invoices will not be eligible to be purchased.

Contingent Agreements

If the supporting documents for invoices contain contingent agreements and all of the contingencies have not been satisfied, the invoice will not be eligible to be purchased.
